After having lost 135 pounds, and struggling with my weight the majority of my life, I know the pitfalls, struggles, and frustrations that are prevalent when trying to get healthy. I help others approach this from a well rounded view… not only addressing eating and exercising, but the emotional and mental aspects of weight loss as well. I truly believe you have to address all of these things to be successful long term. You’ll get support, encouragement, and accountability from me regarding all of these areas.
